Motel Maldon is located just minutes from the city centre and Maldon’s historic Railway Station, from which Victorian Goldfields Railway run their steam trains twice a week to and from Castlemaine. Maldon has the most intact heritage streetscape of any goldfield town in Victoria while being within easy reach of other attractions and significant centres in the region.

We are a family owned and operated independent boutique motel, with a decor that references a bygone era. Guests can enjoy a quiet and relaxed stay with 11 rooms to choose from, each with a front door opening onto a verandah and pathway that leads into our peaceful gardens with pool and undercover BBQ facilities.

All rooms are on the ground floor for easy access and parking is at the rear door of most rooms. Our gardens are a great place to relax in your downtime and the early morning birdsong is a delight to wake to. Don't be surprised if you find yourself coming back again and again - many do!
